Clothing
You can exchange or return clothing within 7 days of delivery if the size does not fit, the product is damaged or has a defect, or you received the wrong item. It must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
Cosmetics
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned. If a cosmetic product arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Jewellery
Jewellery can be returned within 7 days if it is unused and in its original box, or if it arrives damaged or wrong.
How to return
Contact us on WhatsApp (+880 1771775053) with your order number and a photo of the product. Refunds are sent by bKash, Nagad or bank within 3–5 working days after we receive the product. Delivery charges are refunded only if the mistake is ours.
